I hit a deer on 6/21. My family had gone to this shop for 20 years prior under ownership of Schmitts. I am writing this review on 9/7, 78 days later with my car still not back in my possession. They said it's a nice routine repair, may take a few days extra cause my bumper cover was back ordered from Germany. I wish those were the only delays. My insurance covered $1500 worth of rental. Shop provided both prompt and excellent service. The Manager kept me updated regarding progress as well as the other drivers' insurance company for hidden damage.
