Took my car to them to work on an issue I was having. They had my vehicle for one mount, they me the run around and excuse after excuse when i called for an update. When I finally picked it up, i drove it home and problem was still not fixed. Called them to tell them and they promissed to pick it up but never did have not heard from them not have fixed my car. They are good at taking your money and starting work with out your approval and not givign estimates. Paid $2000.00 car not working.
I give this place ZERO stars but to submit a review I had to rate at least one star. The shop is dirty and the waiting area was filthy. There was a communication issue. This place overcharged me and didn't do proper work. Their charge card machine was broken and they asked for a cash deposit before they did any work for me. They replaced some parts and charged me nearly a thousand dollars which they made me pay in CASH. When they told me my car was ready I couldn't even drive it home without it over heating. not getting my vehicle_( s) BACK in good .running order and reasonable working by any standard I can think of ! – This company seems to be Very Forgetfull of the customers and the status of getting the vehicles repaired.
