I'd love to give them 5 stars, considering their reputation in the community and my prior experiences. I cannot, they did not earn it. They probably only earned 3-1/2, so I rounded up. My car was in for a MD inspection and I'd told them I didn't want any repairs done. I had booked an 8:00 am appointment--first of the day--received a confirmation of that appointment, and had left the car overnight. I expected to hear from them by 10:00 at the latest. Easy to schedule an appointment even offered to pick up and drop off my vechile. Once service was complete, offered a ride to the vehicle on their lot. They also noticed there was low air in some of my tires and addressed that without me requesting this service (free of charge)
Always a very good customer experience. I also took advantage of their free shuttle service. A very nice gentleman, John, drove me home and then picked me up when service was complete!
