Visiting a dying relative, van died, referred here by a relative. Starter replaced, charged $391 for a $154 part, $127 to diagnose it, and over $200 in labor for a job that takes far less than even 1 hour. Unscrupulous advantage taken of us due to out of state plates. Go here if you would like to pay excessively more because your Grandpa is dying and you had to get a repair in Virginia.
Chuck and his team are very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. They really care and it shows. they have taken care of several of our problems so far. Our vehicles are in great hands with them!
I found The Auto Clinic at Longhill via the web when I was looking for Inspection Stations near my home. Prior to going to The Auto Clinic this morning, I was a diehard dealership only customer when it came to vehicle needs but they had good reviews so decided to see if they lived up to their star rating. Absolutely the BEST experience I have had with an automotive shop. Everyone was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and you can tell they take extreme pride in what they do. Great job!
The Auto Clinic really cares about the work they do, and they have gone the extra mile (literally) for me several times. I'm glad I found them and wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else!
