Having purchased a second hand motorcycle from here I have been pretty unimpressed since the sale went through. The stator/regulator rectifier died before I had even had it 6 months. It took weeks between trying to book it in for warranty repairs, getting it repaired, and getting it home. Including being told it would take an entire week to fit a battery they ordered and currently possessed by staff over the phone cause no one was available to do it. Just had my BMW R1250RS motorcycle serviced, I can't thank Howard and his team enough. A very professional experience from booking to pick up, extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending getting your bike serviced there. Well done and thanks again Mark
I don’t usually write reviews - unless the experience is either exceptionally good or deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, this falls into the latter category given the clear lack of care from both the business and BMW Australia at large. The single star is for Howard, who seems to be the only staff member genuinely concerned about customer service.
