Terrible service. Over priced, and never once prepared services and parts which I explicitly called upon with great preparation time prior to the service.
Updated: I purchased my car through Auto classic, the experience was positive. I serviced my car exclusively here and up until this year the experience has been positive but there seems to have been staffing changes and customer service has not been what it used to be. My latest engagement resulted in me needing to contact consumer protection before getting a response. Only after their involvement did I get a response.
