Very disappointed with autochoice Newtownards.I think I was ripped off. Would never visit again.
Dealt with the guys at auto choice- very easy going and was a nice sales experience with very little sales talk and more of a personal experience. Picked up a ford fiesta stline brilliant car.
Bought a used car from Stephen. Customer service was far above and beyond anything I had previously experienced when buying a car. Nothing was to much trouble, any issues sorted satisfactorily immediately, without fuss. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to buy from here again.
Had a fantastic experience buying a new car with Auto Choice NI! Within a few of weeks of seeing the car online, my partner and I had the most swift transaction which shocked us due to our experiences buying cars before. They answered all of our questions, got a MOT sorted within a few days as it was soon due, and I was happy to see they offer 6 month warranty after purchase. I went to see a car with my partner on Monday and had planned to trade in her car against the purchase of a new vehicle. Upon arrival we were given the keys of the new vehicle to take it for a test drive and at the same time the mechanic asked for the key to my partner’s car, I assume so he could assess the vehicle to determine any faults or issues in order to provide a fair valuation.
