This is my personal experience from working at Auto-Chlor. Not all branch locations will have the same working conditions. Management has: (1) Asked (unsuccessfully) for employees to take unpaid, unscheduled breaks while waiting for customers to arrive. (2) Incentivized sales staff to use COVID to sell cleaning products using fear, uncertainty, and doubt. (3) Didn't increase base pay, after years, until staff began consistently leaving company. We have been using them for 2 and a half years. They are quite expensive. When our restaurant closed, we asked them to come to remove the dish washer, the technician broke our drain and left sink uninstalled. After working with them for very long time (we are still pending to get reimbursement from them for the fixed). Very difficult and time consuming.
