During the sales process communication was extremely efficient and all my questions were answered. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work out for our needs, so we've been trying to return it since this summer. We used it for approximately two months, then told them we'd like to discontinue service because it does not function for our business (we were trying to clean soap, lotion, and conditioner containers, and though we had described this process to the sales team, the machine was not able to handle our needs).
