recently called them, and the guy who answered was extremely rude and couldn't help me get what I needed
Doesn't speak English. Charged me $40 for a diagnostic check and error reset that he swore wouldn't repeat. Now my problem has come back, "servo motor". Did he inspect said motor? No.
