Had a great experience with Andrew Perez. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and most of all, he and the business are honest. Brought my car for a 30K service and was not charged what was originally quoted as certain things (fluids) didn't need to be replaced. My driver side mirror wasn't operating properly and was also repaired for a fraction of the cost versus buying a brand new part from Lexus and having that painted. Hard to find honest businesses nowadays!
Good service but be prepared to pay higher prices. I edited the review because in my recent visit, they have extra charges of $13 'shop supplies' applied to my oil change. Later, I went to another shop to get the HALF price I paid for the same synthetic oil change on another vehicle. They still have fast service for the state inspection though but then I usually pair it with oil change. Looks like they will lose a return customer unless they are more transparent on the fees...
They saved me some money for non-existent repairs.
Quick, easy, efficient, as well as friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything really well. Very reasonable prices, no wasting of your time/considerate of your time, and straightforward, your car should be in good hands here
