If you are looking for well operated BMW repair shop this is one led by stand up ownership. Customer relations always starts at the top and here the shop well supports leadership. Great work guys.

Great service and honest support for maintenance and repairs. They’ve looked after 4 of our 4 cars all without issues. Much more reasonable than dealer for German cars!! Latest was a coolant pump and system repair that they did quickly and coordinated with our warranty to offset cost. Great job Mac and team!!
I took my wife's SUV to this location for a radiator leak. This was a repair facility on the recommended list for an Endurance warranty we purchased. Unfortunately, Endurance would not approve the repair and I was charged a diagnostic fee of $197 but after further discussion they cut the fee in half. Mac at Auto Motive was friendly and kept good communication during the process. They did provide an estimate to make the repairs but unfortunately they were a higher than a competitor.
This shop is amazing if you have a classic car! Even if you have an issue with a newer vehicle or running into a shop trying to upsell you. They are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly people. Very thorough and in tune with what the customer actually wants and what the goals are. They aren’t gonna do work on your vehicle if it doesn’t need it. Would recommend this shop to anybody for any vehicle. Will absolutely be coming back here!
