I have just bought an Audi from Autocentre UK and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Purchased a beautiful black transit van today, after an eventful morning with my previous van breaking down on me for good I needed something reliable and ready to go, these guys sorted me out big time and within 2 hours it was ready to go, the young lad who served me was a clear image of his dad who was also very polite and couldn't have done a better job, thanks again guys I am very happy with the purchase
Bought a nissan 370z from wayne a month ago, when we viewed the car there was no hard sell and wayne was honest when answering my questions and the car was ready when he said it would be. After a month the car has been faultless and not missed a beat just like to say thanks for a genuine sale ta ste.
Went to look at a Van and bought it same day, the team were laid back and friendly with no pushy sale, nothing was too much for them. Coming from a jaded perception of car dealers and being stung more than once They were super friendly and not pushy in the slightest. showing me a full list of service history and with an Mot that only had adviseries of two tires they took it out straight away to put tires on. would 100% recommend and will be using them for servicing also in the future.
Bought a car from this dealership. Since I've bought it, in the last 4 months of owning it. I've needed a new O/S/F headlamp, new tyres, new clock spring, wheels aligned, new CV joint and to top it off, the air con doesn't work either, despite it being re-gassed. Wayne, despite buying the car from himself and having to ring up numerous times, he always managed to forget who I was, what car I bought and what the issues were.
