I have never purchased a used vehicle that I haven't looked at myself but Mel made the process easy. He was extremely helpful, from the pre-purchase inspection to the transport, especially when an issue was picked up with the a/c. Would definitely recommend.
Despite some apprehension purchasing our used Sorento from Brisbane, Mel ensured a very smooth process and facilitated a pre purchase inspection with a local mechanic. The car was shipped, arrived very quickly and was as described.
Would never take my car to get serviced here again due to multiple issues; 1st was overheating and they were completely useless. They took the badge off the car and advised that the radiator overflow tank needs to be filled after every drive despite my husband's concerns for the thermostat. I brought a vw amarock from these people it had a few little problems the main one being the aircon and the whole team have gone above and beyond to fix the problems.I can honestly say if you are looking to purchase a motor vehicle you can most certainly depend on this team thank you personally from Myself and Barbara
