Didn't even notice the problem I was having. Didn't even try. I took my car in here with a concern for my left wheel. I get a call back saying my right wheel was bad. Sure, that might be true, but I really wanted the left one taken care of. They didn't even try to recreate the problem I told them twice about, once when dropping it off and again over the phone. It took me calling in 3 hours later to check if my car was ready to pick up for them to say "oh let me check, oh yeah it's ready" and when I did pick up the car, it sm... read more
