Drove 20 min out of my way because online it says this place is open till 5. So I show up right after 4pm on a Saturday. The time on the door days it's open till 5. Even the answering machine says open till 5. It was not open and there was and employee just sitting there at a desk doing nothing with the open sign still on and doors locked.
They were fast on giving the cash and processing the loan. But on final payment of loan expect to wait a couple of months before you receive your title back. Very disappointed.
I've had loans at a couple other places & decided to try Auto Cash Title Loans. The staff was friendly & made the process easy. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. I will be back if I need another loan & will recommend them to my friends.
