RecommendedI've been going here for several years. Perry and his team continue to go above and beyond for their customers, all with very clear, no-nonsense prices. Most recently, he fought a name-brand dealership to make sure I got my warranty for a new transmission, and then he made the repair without charging me for labor (since he had already done it a year before with a transmission that the dealership claimed was new, but actually failed).
my brother took his truck here to get remam transmission installed..reman means part is like new and tested before shipping..these people burned module and made leaks..avoid this place like the flu
Great place and quality service at a fair price.
Perry and his team is our auto repair shop and has taken care of all of cars from Ford to Lexus. I like the way he included my boys in the repair and car care needed conversation. He’s been straight with us about costs and what needs to be done. As a woman I really appreciate him taking the time to explain what is going on with the car and doesn’t talk down to me.

We just moved to Texas and went in to get one of our cars inspected today. We weren't able to get the car inspected due to having out of state insurance. They previously inspected my car with out of state insurance and said it was fine, but today the district manager, Jay, who was helping us, called in two employees from the garage and reprimanded them in front of us and the customers in the waiting area. I had a nail in my tire and stopped by the shop. The manager offered me a cup of coffee and sent someone to fix the issue. When I went up to the counter to pay I was surprised when he said there would be no charge. Really friendly people would recommend.
Auto Care USA on Westheimer Parkway is the most professional and honest auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. The A/C was broke on my daughter's 2009 Honda Pilot. She took it to Katy Honda and they told her the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. All said, they quoted the total repairs at almost $1,000!! No way was I going to spend that much on repairs without a second opinion. I took it to Auto Care and it ended up being a relay. Total parts and labor $108.
