My family and I have been coming for years and we have never had any problems! Thomas has always been genuinely kind and professional. I feel like he's an honest worker and he's even gone above and beyond for us. There was a time I had to pick up my car by closing (6pm) and I called to let him know I'd get there just a few minutes after 6 and he stayed just for me to get my car. I'd rather wait for quality work than get instant service that is questionable.
We have known Thomas for years and always take all our cars here. He is honest and strives to provide goof value for service. I write this after at least 30 various repairs over 4 years and 4 cars, not a single event.
I had a nail in my tire and stopped by the shop. The manager offered me a cup of coffee and sent someone to fix the issue. When I went up to the counter to pay I was surprised when he said there would be no charge. Really friendly people would recommend.
Auto Care USA on Westheimer Parkway is the most professional and honest auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. The A/C was broke on my daughter's 2009 Honda Pilot. She took it to Katy Honda and they told her the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. All said, they quoted the total repairs at almost $1,000!! My mother and I had an awful experience at the Autocare USA in Spring, TX because of the manager there. His name is Thomas. We are filing with the better business bureau as well (and many other review websites and forums). He said my car would take "a couple of hours" to change the oil and get an inspection. We dropped the car off at 10:28am. We returned at 2:45pm to pick up the car and my car had not even been touched! They said we would be "next on the list".
