My check engine light came on in Hastings. I went to O’Reilly to get a engine code checked. Was told by a new employee they couldn’t scan the car. which turned into a lie. I headed home to Hampton and asked auto care solutions if they had a special scan tool read the code. Which O’Reilly said I would need. Found out it was just a standard scan tool. These are great people! I own a handful of auto repair shops in the Twin Cities area and have recently came down with a brain tumor. My wife was coming down to visit me at the Mayo Clinic and happened to have a car problem along the way right by their shop. Not only did they treat her with world class care they resolved the issue quickly, efficiently, and even refused to take any monetary compensation for what they did knowing what situation we were in.
