These guys go over and beyond for their clients/ customers. Its extremely hard to find a really good mechanic and customer service all under one roof. Auto Care Plus its in their name. plus plus plus!!! Not only did Kyle help me out when my truck had to stay at the shop for a few days, due to safety issues. he also got me a loaner vehicle for the time my truck was getting repaired. This auto shop has got to be the absolute worst shop in shelburn by far! They will lie to you about what's really wrong with you're car and upsell you for things you don't need. Don't buy into their replies to these reviews either. They will say anything to save their own skin.
Not sure how these guys stay in business with how unprofessional they are. Even denying disgruntled customers existences. That's a new low. If you're looking to have you're car fixed, DO NOT COME HERE! So many better places to choose from.
