Technician Kyle is the best! Big DIYer here I was trying to replace my rear brake rotors on a 2015 RX350 when the emergency brake shoes jammed inside the drum. Could not remove rotor when the springs popped off the shoe assembly. Kyle was able to remove it with a bit of wiggling while pushing shoe assy back in. Front desk staff was very competent, knowledgeable, and professional. Jennifer was extremely helpful and thorough. The service mechanic Billy B was extremely competent and explained everything in great detail about what he found and how he was going To repair it. They provided a loaner car at no charge
