First time using this location for my vehicle. In and out for an inspection in about 40 minutes. The front staff were very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Their waiting area is cozy and well stocked with snacks. I'll definitely be taking my car here from now on.
Went into the shop last minute on a Saturday morning for an alignment and they were able to get me in without hesitation. The service was quick, professional, and well done. They explained everything to me and made sure I was taken care of. Even had some treats and water for my dog. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
Great place, great staff, counter help is personable they walk you through everything and keep you informed great mechanics I'll keep coming back!
Truly amazing experience with Mike C and everyone at Auto Care Plus in Derry. This was my first time here and they made me comfortable from the first conversation we had. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had been to two other shops including a Jeep dealer and both times been written off as needing a new engine to the tune of $12k. Outstanding service!!! Above and beyond the usual auto/ truck service station experience!! The crew from counter service to mechanic to management were so awesome I actually would drive 2 hours to come here again and again!! Friendly, knowledgeable, competent, patient, and understanding!!
