At first, I was disappointed in the team's inability to fix my car. Long story, but my car was in the shop on 4 separate occasions, each time Joe thought the problem was fixed and when I drove it home, it started acting up again. Joe gave me a loaner car for several days while they brought in a electrical foreign car specialist to go through the car and get to the root of the problem. Made an appointment the day before to get my state inspection. Check in was very quick and did not have to wait long. Anne was very helpful.
