I was staying in Portland, ME for work and my car died. I learned from AAA that my serpentine belt had fallen off and I’d need to get the car towed. I called Mike at Auto Care Plus in South Portland and he was able to get me in and my car repaired the same day! The whole process was quick and very fairly priced. And their communication and professionalism was off the charts. I wish I lived closer because if I did this would be new repair shop without a doubt. Thank you, Mike and crew, for everything!

Mike and Shaylyn have the most superior customer service I've ever experienced! They are kind, respectful, and dedicated to excellence in customer service and car care! They won't go above the amount they quote you unless they ask you first and they walk you through everything very very carefully and in great detail! Reasonable prices as well!
