I brought my care here for the first time, the other day. I was very happy with the communication and realistic expectations. Very nice staff and they did great work.
Had a 2017 BMW x3 pc valve gasket leak. I have a 3rd party service warranty on the vehicle. Caleb worked with the warranty company for coverage. Unfortunately there was a dispute with the warranty company for coverage on a fuel rail system that the warranty claims is not necessary while other service procedures say it has to be replaced and not reused. It was a very expensive repair. Caleb worked with us to come to a fair price for the repair. They do great work.

Friendly staff, very thorough inspection of car and awesome invoicing. I was able to make informed decisions with their in depth feedback on my car (including pictures!) so I can budget accordingly to make repairs. I love the tracker showing when my car was dispatched to a mechanic and the progress so I could properly plan my day to schedule picking up my vehicle. Price for parts and labor are market rate and they're willing to compromise on small items like letting me dispose of my own old tires to save $40.
