Ive been sending my personal vehicles along with friends and family to Auto Care Experts(ACE) for a long time. The knowledgeable, friendly, honest staff makes it hassle free and with afordable prices that makes it a No Brainer. There are not enough STARS to truely rate the Customer service and dedication the (ACE) team displays day to day. Way to be a Perfect Example for Local Businesses to follow.
I called A.C.E. Thursday, July 5th about an oil and transmission fluid change and they said they could do it right away and they did. They also noticed that my front brake discs were bad so they changed those and the rotors also. It was great because I was about to make a long distance trip and the brakes would not have survived the trip. They always put there customer safety first. I am extremely greatful to them.
The crew at Auto Care Experts is one of kind! They very knowledgeable and are truly looking out for the best of the customer. It is hard to find a place these days that doesn't try to pressure you into by buying all these thing that you don't need. The customer service is unbeatable! Would recommend Auto Care Experts to everyone!
A Very Honest Place We took our car into Auto Care Experts (actually had it towed in absolutely sure there was something wrong with it). They put it on the diagnostic computer and found nothing wrong with it. They checked the spark plugs, filters - found nothing wrong with any of it. Auto Care Experts is A Number One!! I was stranded with my motorhome and got towed to Auto Care Experts. The name says it all!! They had me up and running in no time, fast friendly srvice, and do these guys know what they're doing! I had several small issues that I had been fighting which they fixed as well! I have never been happier with my motorhome OR a repair shop! Thanks guys!!
Honest, trustworthy, and talented – We live over an hour away from Yakima, but we have both of our vehicles serviced by A.C.E. almost exclusively. We've had them work on A/C, steering, brakes, electrical issues, tires... and we've always been completely satisfied. These guys are straightforward and honest, taking the time to explain things in plain-language detail until I understand what's going on. They even showed me a couple of grease ports that my local quick-lube guys were missing. Highly recommended.
Parts and Service Center Auto Care Experts are located on Ahtanum in Union Gap. They are an authorized parts and service dealer for AC Delco. They have bin upon bin of parts ( said to be over 90,000!) so they usually have what you need, but they also provide catalog service of any others.
