The person who answers the phone sucks at communicating!!!!
I simply can’t say enough good things about this auto shop - this is my 3rd time using this company and let me tell you- they have taken great care of my vehicles every time !!! I'm giving an extra star because the quality of work appears to be good so far cause our vehicle is running well. That said, the service ethics left to be desired. We got a stabilitrak fixed for $250. Because we were traveling to Texas they suggested 4 new tires. I didn't necessarily think our tires were bad, but for safety I did authorize. Yet just because I took a half hour to think that over, the time we could pick up the car became vindictively later. Everyone here from the mechanics to the receptionist are excellent! Even though car repairs are frustrating, I was able to be seen very promptly (same day!). The staff was very communicative throughout the process and thorough. I’ve definitely found my new shop! Thanks again to everyone at Auto Care Excellence!
