I had my oil changed, coolant flushed, brake fluid replaced on my 2016 Highlander. It was a smooth process. A women named Gabri helped me throughout my appointment. She was an EXCELLENT communicator, knowledgeable and friendly. Although is normally a mechanic there, she had to also handle the front of house duties. She is a real ASSET to this particular Meineke. I would recommend this establishment for any of your basic car care needs!
