IRA, the manager, quoted me for a part and price, which I thought was over priced, the labor per hour rate was ridiculous, but had no choice to accept, because my car was not drivable. When I went to pickup my car, they not only charged me for a different part, and was more expensive, they never called me to get an approval for the new charges and different part. I will never use Meineke again. They are over priced, and dishonest company.
