Prepurchase Inspection They were able to fit me in and provide a comprehensive examination of the vehicle. I appreciated his opinions and he answered my questions genuinely. Glad I did it too as he gave me the tools/info to walk away from the car when it came down to negotiations. Acua MDX Type S, the car is still sitting on their lot unsold.
I want to share my experience when I went here exhausted from heat exhaution from my AC breaking down, right during our 100 degree heat wave. The team there took care of me and allowing me to rest. They took care of my vehicle and very transparent about what needed to be done. They didn't pressure me into spending money on fixing it. Very clear communication and respecting me to make my own decesions on what choice to make. Definetley going to be taking my vehicle here for any future services! Thank you Usman and Shaheer.
