ABSOLUTELY FALSE!!! Garry and auto care center have zero integrity! When the cooler line was removed the “tech” intentionally did not replace the seal/gasget on the oil filter adapter. It’s a $12 set and the least you could have done was ask if I wanted to replace it but YOU DIDNT!! You intentionally put that adapter back on without a new seal knowing it would leak. Came here for an oil cooler line replacement and paid $350 plus the $100 part just to have it leak 4 days later and they refuse to replace the $2 0-Ring that was obviously installed incorrectly. First "Garry" said there was a separate issue with another seal thats when he said they would "only" charge me $250 to repair the new issue…...think now I just had it in the shop for the repair on Wednesday and nobody said anything about another seal needing replaced and it was fine up until Sunday night when it blew out again from t... read more
Amazing service, great people!
Auto care center replaced my water pump on my car recently. the work was great and the staff was friendly. the only reason they are not getting 5 stars is for their communication. after the initial drop off, there was no communication unless I called and asked if the car was ready. I was told to drop it off on a Wednesday afternoon and they would begin working on it Thursday morning. it would in turn be ready by end of day Thursday. having not heard a single thing from them I call Thursday at 2 o'clock and they say oh we hav... read more
