Came here for an oil cooler line replacement and paid $350 plus the $100 part just to have it leak 4 days later and they refuse to replace the $2 0-Ring that was obviously installed incorrectly. Amazing service, great people!
Auto care center replaced my water pump on my car recently. the work was great and the staff was friendly. the only reason they are not getting 5 stars is for their communication. after the initial drop off, there was no communication unless I called and asked if the car was ready. I was told to drop it off on a Wednesday afternoon and they would begin working on it Thursday morning. it would in turn be ready by end of day Thursday. having not heard a single thing from them I call Thursday at 2 o'clock and they say oh we hav... read more
