So I'm always reluctant to write a bad review but seeing so many others leads me to believe there is cause. They barely listen to me when I told them my car was wondering on the road. All they could focus in on was how stiff it was to turn, I said, don't worry about that issue. They argued with me and said they had to fix that even after explaining the stiffness came after a new rack and pinion and the new rack didn't change the wondering. Deaf ears. We purchased our Mercedes Sprinter Van out of state in 2020, and have had her serviced and otherwise tended to here regularly ever since. These people have helped us keep our 2017 Winnebago Era well maintained and ready for the road. I was visiting my mom in Fort Pierce in our 2023 Winnebago Revel on a 2020 Sprinter chassis. We drove down from the North Carolina mountains and I noticed some irregular tire wear on one of the front tires. I brought the van in to get an alignment.
