Auto Care America's James is my car's hero! James has kept our old cars running well for 5 years now. When I take the old wagon in with "a funny noise" he really listens to my description, and asks questions I can answer. His crew can often fix stuff the same day, sometimes within an hour! He tells us which repairs are urgent, which can wait a month or 6, and which to put off till something actually breaks. He's practical, honest, trustworthy, and REALLY good at this.
