Bought a car here. No pressure. Mike was great and paperwork was filled out efficiently. They held a car for me to test drive after speaking with them over the phone. Got a good deal and they work with your terms and are flexible with their pricing. So far, so good. Drove home today from Bellevue with no issues. The trip was an hour and a half away. Was told to contact them if there were any major issues on my purchase, even though it was an "as is" sale. Highly recommend.
This car dealer has a wide array of vehicles to choose from. It’s a hidden gem in Bellevue. Michael and Alex were great to work with and we look forward to buying another vehicle from them.
I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Sonic from Auto Car Zone and am pleased with the experience. They have your selected car waiting for you if you call ahead, make good recommendations for test-driving routes, and give zero pressure to purchase. I made last minute appointment to look at a 2019 Subaru Legacy, spoke with Alex and he was very accommodating. Showed me the car right when I arrived and there was zero sales pressure. Car was clean as advertised, clear Carfax and they were willing to do some extra detailing prior to purchase. Decided to buy the car and was a super easy transaction with these guys.
