They have your selected car waiting for you if you call ahead, make good recommendations for test-driving routes, and give zero pressure to purchase. I made last minute appointment to look at a 2019 Subaru Legacy, spoke with Alex and he was very accommodating. Showed me the car right when I arrived and there was zero sales pressure. Car was clean as advertised, clear Carfax and they were willing to do some extra detailing prior to purchase. Decided to buy the car and was a super easy transaction with these guys. I had such a great experience at Auto Car Zone that I ended up buying two vehicles!! I went in looking for a work van, and right away loved their no-pressure approach. After a test drive, I wanted to secure the van but needed to arrange financing through my bank, so I put down a deposit and asked them to hold it until the next day.
