Arrived 45 minutes late. When I called to check where it was the operator told me they were busy and I’d just have to wait because they’re too busy, even though I pre booked days in advance and they were aware it was for the airport. She then hung up the phone on me. This meant the driver exceeded the speed limit in order to get me there on time.
