Just scum. They want YOU to take your car to THEM so they can lowball you. Good god what a laugh. Glad I didnt pick up their call.
Was approach by Mary, that they're interested to purchase my car, Knowing that they are a car reseller, i didn't expect much, but i was surprise with their offer, which was within the dealer valuation offer range. I was served by Shane on the day, he was very professional and polite, transaction was simple and fast, service and staff was very friendly and helpful. Wound definitely recommend and use again.
Rude! Thumbs down
Super rude and no respect!! I received the call twice from these guys, the first time i missed the call and played back the voice mail. I was shocked when I heard the lady said F word at the end of the voice mail. The second time I picked up, the lady was so impatient and rude because I ask her to repeat where is the company locate...no respect and no customer service! I would never sell my car to these people! What a waste of time!
Was called by these guys like everyone else that's posted on carsales. They will give you a low ball offer so they can sell your car at the market rate at auction. Sellers be warned. I left knowing I made the right decision to wait for the right offer.
