we have had the unfortunate experience to deal with auto boss. The heavyset woman at the front was very rude. I was told to bring in the car at 9 AM and I could have it out by 1 PM. However, the car wasn't ready that day or the next day when I came to pick up the car there was nobody around. I was asked to leave the garage. These are not nice people. Unfortunately I have a BMW and my automotive mechanic shop referred me to them to do some specialty work. I would never ever work with these people again. This was a horrible ex... read more
