So far they have went above and beyond to look over my vehicle to see what the actual issue was and they also looked over my vehicle for any additional issues that I might not have noticed. The part the part was a few days out so I'm looking forward to seeing the results. So far so good

I had to get my radiator replaced on my Lexus was hesitant to have a dealer do it. I had used Auto-bon in the past and had a good experience so I went back and was happy I did. John was very knowledgeable on the particular issue with the radiator and when I showed him a video, he confirmed it. Dropped the car off and received the estimate and approved to get the work done.
