I could not be happier. They got my car in 1/4 the time I was told by another. On top of that they helped with a rental and were nothing but courteous, even letting me check on my baby. I am a sales rep that lives in my car, and I'm also a fussy car geek. My Caddy never looked better. Thanks to Rick, Dawn and the entire crew. TOP NOTCH...all the way!!! If you every have the misfortune of needing help, they are awesome. Made something very unpleasant end very happily. Thanks Again.
Friendly staff who communicated throughout process. Not only did they fix some issues not immediately noticeable (things I wouldn't have noticed), but they paid for a rental when they were not able to finish at scheduled date due to circumstances beyond their control. They do it right and do it well. I don't recommend getting into an accident, but if you do, come to Otsego and they will take care of you.
Hit a deer a week ago, and they got my car right in, and it was fixed within a week. I thought that was awesome, until I got into my car and realized they cleaned the entire inside as well as the outside! I was completely blown away! What an amazing place! They are fast, the work they did was top notch! I will always come back with any issues! Thank you again!!
We would highly recommend Autobody USA Otsego! They were easy to work with quick and efficient! They gave us updates throughout the week and were done on time. Our car looks great inside and out.
