Very appreciative of the team here
To start with don’t use Pullman Towing. You can see my review of them on their webpage. Now for the good stuff. Called Auto Body for a tow. They came out to where we were in under 15 minutes on a Friday evening. We thought the alternator was bad, but Ethan who’s amazing, quickly figured out one of the terminal connectors on the battery was loose. We probably should have checked that, but it had already been a stressful day. 15 minutes later we were good to go and happily paid the service fee which was well under $100.00
IT'S LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED!! Beautiful work! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I needed auto body work after a parking lot mishap and brought my vehicle here. Smoothest, friendliest and professional service ever! I pray this never happens to me again but if it does I know I'm in good hands...

Not helpful, all across the board. Place is seriously lacking in the customer service department. Try Myers Auto Rebuild and Towing. They treat you right.
