Called to ask if they offer roof rack installs. Whoever answered rambled incoherently for about 20 seconds. When I said I couldn't tell if that was a yes or no, the representative yelled NOOO and hung up.
Really wanted to like these guys. Seemed great when I initially took my truck in. Had a minor fender bender to my front right. I was told it would be around a week for the job, no problem. A week comes and goes. Every time I called there’s another excuse. In addition, that original price quote … had to double it… long story short a little over 3 weeks come and go and my little fender bender is finally fixed. I go to pick it up and it looks shotty.
