Hands down the worse customer experience I have ever seen. So rude. Dont waste your money or time with these people, I PROMISE YOU
I came in for a mirror replacement (with parts already supplied) and simply asked for clarification about the labor estimate because the printed quote listed 1.6 hours while I had been verbally told the job would take about 1 hour. I have had some bad experiences with autobody shops in the past with my 03 VW GTI. This shop has made up for them all. Very fast turn around. Great work. They even did a little extra at no additional cost to me. To say I am happy with their work is an understatement. This shop has just earned repeat service from me and my family!!!
