From the onset of interacting with Regency Collision Center, there has been nothing but excellence, professionalism and genuine customer care. Legend (the receptionist) is an amazing, kind woman. Eddie, Eli and all of the guys that I interacted with were very professional and they do excellent, timely work! Best customer service ever!
Third time taking my car to get fixed. As always Regency does an outstanding job. Will never go any place else.
Fantastic Experience through and through. Eli and Legend were both amazing and communicated thoroughly though all the repairs. Even with the snowstorm shutting things down work was completed faster than expected and my car came out looking brand new. My car was hit while parked on the street and needed the driver side door replaced as well as scuff fixing and blending work. They fixed and worked on a few extra bits no charge and even detailed the car after. Will certainly be coming back if I ever need to again.
I took my Cadillac Escalade there, and end up very satisfied with everybody's attention. Great people, and great place to get your car fixed
