For some reason and I've used him in the past, recommended to a family member to use this shop. It took 4 months to fix their car. He stalled and stalled with excuses and delivery days at least 4 times. Never, ever allow your insurance company to pay totally up front for expensive auto body work, and always ask what kind of parts they are going to use. New? Recycled/ junk yard parts?
