Bought $30k trailblazer. They gave me a single free oil change. When I redeemed it the guy at the service area told me it would be less than a hour. It took OVER FOUR AND A HALF HOURS! I then had some follow up questions about my vehicle and the sales guy couldn’t give me an answer and told me to bring it in.
