I have never posted a bad review for anything, however this place is the worst. Last year the people in the company were nice while fixing my car. When they were done with the body work of my car they told me to bring it into Tesla for a realignment and they would cover the cost under insurance. I went and paid with my own money and sent them the invoice and was told to wait for next steps to get refunded. However, it never happened. I emailed them tens of times and called in many times. WOW! I was visiting Santa Barbara and had a mishap with my rental car. I called Happy and he repaired the damage in 1 day! It looked perfect and the charge was very reasonable. He absolutely went above and beyond to be kind, accommodating and help me out of a potentially bad situation. I've never received this kind of outstanding service anywhere - HIGHLY recommend Happy and his business. BIG Thank you Happy!
very friendly and for the most part communicative, but waited almost two weeks with my car in the shop before they told me they decided it was totaled and they weren’t giving it back.
Happy’s customer service is hands-down the best I’ve encountered in my adult life. I brought my Subaru in to get a hitch installed and the experience was so easy and pleasant. Happy goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you guys!
My front bumper was hit and damaged, I brought it to CARSTAR Happy’s and they replaced it for me. I can’t recommended this shop enough, the customer service is amazing. They communicated with me and the person who hit me in a very professional & effective manner. 5/5!!
