Waited for over 2 hours for a tow and they never showed up. Wouldn't answer the phone either.
Terrible tow truck company. No answer at all, waited 3 hours for a tow truck and no one ever showed
Tow truck service is very unreliable. At least through Progressive road side assistance. Estimated time was 65 minutes. Ended up waiting 3 hours before canceling tow request and going with a different tow company that did arrive within the time frame.
WARNING! TOW TRUCK ASSISTANCE REQUESTS MADE TO YOUR INSURANCE. If this place is assigned to assist you on the road please, please, please decline service from them. Their estimated arrival time is 1 and 20 minutes after this time they most likely save your number as a “Do Not Answer” and therefore you will no longer get a response from them. They did a Professional job on my Ferrari 458.I’m not gonna brag about their job just bring your car to them they will take care of you.
