Terrific Experience I called them from the accident scene and they picked my car up in their hauler no charge. The web site and communication were great! Then when I picked up my car they were fantastic, the cleanest it had ever been. Then they told me they will clean my car for free 4 times a year. Why would you go anywhere else?
Service and assistance: A+ Over the weekend my car encountered a deer near Peoria, IL. The car was originally towed to a local dealership for an estimate. After 2 days with no progress and very little explanation, the car was taken to Auto Body Direct. The estimate was completed within 24 hours. A rental car was ready and waiting for me the same day. Over the past 24 to 36 hours they have called at least twice to update me and have explained the problems in basic terms that are easy for me to understand. More to follow after... read more
