My 17 year old daughter recently slightly backed into a ditch and was stuck. The police called this company without me knowing. They came out and just pulled her out no tow whatsoever. They charged her 275.00 dollars. This should have been done for 100 or under.It took minutes, and could have been done with my husbands truck if we had known. Going on vacation and my suv broke down on July 25th and had it towed to Sam's shop. He told me on Monday to call him to see what's wrong with it and when I did he told me my engine seized and I would need a new engine which was over 6 thousand or he would give me a good deal on a used engine over 3 thousand. I called my mechanic and he told me dont let them do it have it towed home, when I walked in his shop he said I cant believe your not getting the used engine I'm giving you a great deal. The worst experience I have ever had with car repair. Sam is disrespectful, rude and abusive. In addition, they do horrible work. Stay away.
