Tried to give an independent shop my business. Didn’t want to go to a corporate shop. Horrible attitude. Couldn’t be bothered to give an estimate. Told me to have the insurance companies do their job and do the estimate. When I mentioned I was in the insurance business, he claimed I sit behind a desk, answer phones and get rich! Ha! I brought him a 2000 Lexus to be repaired. 17 years old. I give estimates and proposals all day long, drive for miles just to get a rejection. Piss poor attitude.
