I have a Toyota RAV4 and I got hit by an F-150 from behind. They are great! The keep ypu updated on your vehicles progress.
I used them because they are affiliated with the insurance of the person that had rear ended me, I was able to just drop it off and do nothing else. They had even cleaned both the interior and exterior of the car, I was not expecting that.
