PLEASE READ. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had in my adult life. I ordered a Starter Motor Assembly, and this organization took my money when the item arrived damaged. As soon as the part arrived, I contacted customer service to commence a return, and this organization started a USPS claim to prolong my return so that it would be void because of the timeframe. Complete scam! Manager Joe is very rude and ignorant, purposely delayed return and then saying “you’re not getting your money back” . Blamed me for “not following up sooner, now it’s too late” . What a clown! Will be disputing the payment with bank!
