Complete scam! Manager Joe is very rude and ignorant, purposely delayed return and then saying “you’re not getting your money back” . Blamed me for “not following up sooner, now it’s too late” . What a clown! Will be disputing the payment with bank!
Sale price for price online under alias website was 160 on sale. Day after ordering they demanded another 205 dollars. Wow! Fraudulent bait and switch.
Fair warning: do NOT order from this website as their customer service is abysmal. Not only are many of the listings incorrect, but they refuse to work with the customer to resolve the issue and won’t offer a refund/exchange.
I will never purchase from this place again! Shame on me for not reading through their "return policy" beforehand. Almost nothing is returnable! I went through their hoops to get an RMA for three replacement wiper blades, then was told, to paraphrase, "Sorry, these items can't be returned because they're under $8.00 per item." Total scam.
