Sale price for price online under alias website was 160 on sale. Day after ordering they demanded another 205 dollars. Wow! Fraudulent bait and switch.
Fair warning: do NOT order from this website as their customer service is abysmal. Not only are many of the listings incorrect, but they refuse to work with the customer to resolve the issue and won’t offer a refund/exchange.
I will never purchase from this place again! Shame on me for not reading through their "return policy" beforehand. Almost nothing is returnable! I went through their hoops to get an RMA for three replacement wiper blades, then was told, to paraphrase, "Sorry, these items can't be returned because they're under $8.00 per item." Total scam. I ordered some parts via HondaPartsNow website. I received a torn 11x7 manilla envelope via USPS with nothing inside and post office stickers on it saying "Received Unsealed, Damaged and without contents" I contacted Honda parts now and they asked for pictures which I sent and received my money back on CC. Couple weeks later received a letter from USPS of a claim on my behalf??? I didn't file any claims. I think they are running a scam business and scamming USPS with falsifying claims.
Ordered part and have been waiting for 21 days 10 days past when it was promised still no part. Called customer service three separate times over a two day period, and never got an answer. They couldn't tell me where my part is and what is going on with it. Twice they said they would email me by the end of the day and they emails never came . They also ended the chat and hung up on me. I requested my money back and they refused. Reported to the BBB. Don't do business with this company.
