I have a U-joint cap leave the truck I recently purchased due to the previous owner being beyond his skills with tying shoes. I got towed to these guys shop and they took amazing care of me. Carquest in town had the parts and they installed the new U-joint as quick as anyone could ask for. They are honest and fair. Which is perfect. I was back on the road in under 3 hours. I don't think it could have gone any better for a random breakdown.
While traveling north through UT, ID and MT my truck broke down just outside of Dillon. I was able to limp it back to town. I took a chance and stopping in to talk to a mechanic at the shop. He helped me find the parts I needed, had them delivered to the shop and was able to get me in and fixed after a very short wait. I could not ask for anything more. Service was phenomenal and pricing was very fair (I expected the bill to be much higher due to the emergency fix I needed).
If I could give 10 stars I would. We pulled into Dillon pulling a 40ft fifth wheel and having truck issues. The young guy admitted he was really busy and wasn’t sure he could help until later in the day. After a short discussion he said “unhook your 5er and I’ll get it on the hoist now” Immediately helped and I can’t say how great full I am. Problem was solved and lots of places may have took advantage of the predicament I was in but he sure did not. I was shocked how reasonable he asked to charge me! Thank you!!!!
Great place to do business! They take exceptional care of their customers. Thanks again to the crew at Auto Barn for a great new set of tires.
